Almost two months after being run over, child actor Gustavo Corasini, 12, will undergo a new surgery this Thursday (20). “I’m getting ready to hospitalize Gu and a movie goes through my head,” wrote Fernanda Monique, the artist’s mother, who posted a text on social media.

“I remember every difficulty we went through, the first baths still in bed, the fear of dressing. I had to become a nurse overnight, but who said a mother can’t? Today I’m sure I’m strong and a warrior, and that for my boys I learn anything”, he continued.

She also thanked the support she has received since August, when the accident occurred. “Just gratitude to everyone who supported me with words, affection and solidarity. We are very lucky people”, completed the publication.

Corasini, who gave life to the character Tadeu in the first phase of the soap opera “Pantanal” (Globo), was hospitalized for nine days at Hospital Santa Marcelina, in the east of São Paulo, after being run over on the afternoon of August 23. The actor of Bruno Luperi’s soap opera was decorating the sidewalk of the condominium where he lives, when he and a friend went to check on a bricklayer who had fallen at the neighbor’s house.

“The rescue went to help and they, curious, went to see what had happened. A resident went to take the car out of the place to give way and got lost in the automatic transmission and ran over the boys”. Gustavo broke his arm, leg and also fractured his pelvis, already a friend of his, Eduardo, could not resist and died.
