The daughter of the Globo journalist, Julia, was the one who broke the news on social media this Friday (21). She recorded a video asking for prayers for her mother battling cancer recently discovered in her hip bone.
“I’m Julia, Susana’s daughter, we’re here in São Paulo. She’s been hospitalized for a week here in São Paulo. She was already hospitalized in Rio. I just talked to her doctor. He said the her condition is very, very serious, very serious. She had metastasized to the hip bone, it had spread to the bone marrow since July, so she comes with stronger chemotherapy, which is what made her lose her hair”, said the young.
Julia continued giving details of the disease: “The cancer has spread to several other organs, the liver is very compromised, they say they don’t know what else to do, if there’s anything else to do. Her condition is very serious and I don’t I know what to do. The only thing I can think of to do is ask you for prayers”, explained the young woman.
The journalist’s daughter also recalled how much her mother believes in the power of prayer and reinforced the request: “I know that everyone here loves her very much.
