Marcelo Bimbi denies aggression to model: ‘I’ve never hit a man, let alone a woman’

Accused by a model of aggression, the ex-husband of Nicole Bahls Marcelo Bimbi took to social media to defend himself. According to him, it’s all a lie and he has never laid a finger on anyone who accuses him.

“I can have all the flaws in the world, but I’m not an aggressor. I’ve never hit a man, let alone a woman. In the OR it says there was no aggression and that’s why there was no corpus delicti. I went to testify and I was released. detained so far,” he said in a video alongside his lawyer.

Also accused by the model of having disrespected police officers, Bimbi stated that there was no record of this against him by the Military Police of Pará. “Last morning I went to social media and had a moment of panic, because it was a new situation, I had never been in a van”, he amended when explaining the sentences he ended up writing in the stories. Among them, that he would die.

UNDERSTAND THE CASE

The Civil Police of Pará opened an investigation to investigate alleged aggressions that would have been committed by Marcelo Bimbi to a model in Belém. Protective measures were requested for her, who accuses him of punching her in the back and pulling her hair.

According to the model’s account in an interview with A Tarde é Sua (RedeTV!), Bimbi, who is Nicole Bahls’ ex-husband, allegedly assaulted her after refusing to use a condom during a relationship between them in a hotel.

According to her account, he verbally assaulted her and kicked her out of the room. Then she would have pulled her hair. In defense, she bit Bimbi’s chest and sent a message to a family member.

It was then that he allegedly punched her in the back and threatened to break the model’s phone. After being able to leave, she made a corpus delicti went to the police station to file a complaint.
