Cher confirmed her relationship with the music producer Alexander Edwards on Twitter, as the well-known singer shared a photo with her lover, adding a heart emoji next to it.
THE Sir, who is 76, revealed that her new partner treats her ‘like a queen’. The singer, who has already introduced Alexander to her family, doesn’t seem to care about the age difference, saying: “Love doesn’t know math.”

Alexander is best known for his relationship with Kanye West’s ex, Amber Rose, with whom he has a baby boy. In August, Amber accused the producer of having affairs with 12 different people, and he later took to social media to admit to cheating on her.
However, Cher dismissed her fans’ concerns, saying: “I’m in love, I’m not blinded by it.” Alexander is VP of Artists and Repertoire at Def Jam, which has artists such as Rihanna, Justin Bieber, 2 Chainz, DMX and Jhene Aiko.
From Oakland, California, Alexander was born in 1986 and once made an appearance on an episode of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’. Cher is twice divorced and has a son, Chaz Bono, 53, with her late ex-husband Sonny Bono, who died in 1998 aged 62 from injuries sustained when he hit a tree while skiing.
She was later married from 1975 to 1978 to the late singer Gregg Allman, who died in 2017 at the age of 69. Cher has previously stated that she likes to “date” younger men, having dated Ron Zimmerman, who is 12 years her junior, Tom Cruise when he was 23 and she was 38.
