Cearense singer Ávneh Vinny Diniz da Silva Aragão, better known as Ávine Vinny, was arrested this Monday afternoon (13), in Fortaleza, after being arrested in the act by civil police officers from the Women’s Defense Police for being accused of threatening his ex-wife, with whom he has a daughter.

At 32 years old, the artist became nationally known with the song “Coração Cachorro”, which went viral on social media. However, his career began in 2009, when he created, along with some friends, the band Xé Pop, when he was 20 years old.

The group lasted six years, and in 2016 the singer started to dedicate himself to his solo career and partnered with artists such as Simone and Simaria, Xand Avião, Matheus and Kauan, Dilsinho, Lucas Lucco, Jorge from the duo with Mateus and Ludmilla.

Born in Sobral, Ceará, Ávine had his first contact with music during his childhood, when he started singing in churches and bars in the city. Currently, he is hired by the company Vybbe, producer of Xand Avião, which also managed DJ Ivis.

In a recent interview with F5, the singer revealed that he has more than 20 concerts scheduled for the month of December, and stated that he did not expect all the success that “Coração Cachorro” had, even to British singer James Blunt, 47, who claimed part of the song’s authorship, inspired by on the hit “Same Mistake”.

For him, one of the keys to success was to continue singing about love in a direct way, and to bring themes that the public could identify with. “Today, people like more tangible things, within their reality. Both in the lyrics and in the audiovisual music productions”, he completes.

In addition, the singer was also preparing for the release of the song “Serenata”, a partnership with Zé Vaqueiro, 22. “Let’s take our friendship to music”, guaranteed the artist. The song will have a pisseiro beat and the lyrics will be about a heartbreak.

The singer Ávine Vinny was arrested this Monday afternoon (13) in Fortaleza. The artist was arrested in the act by civil police officers from the Police Station for the Defense of Women after being accused of threatening his ex-wife, with whom he had an eight-year relationship and has a daughter.

According to the press office of the Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense of Ceará (SSPDS), the victim went to the police station to report the threat. While the police report was being registered, she received other messages from the singer “with new threats”.

“In light of the facts, the civil police began proceedings that resulted in the suspect being located and arrested. At the police station, he was booked in flagrante delicto for a threat in the context of domestic violence. For the victim, urgent protective measures were requested from the court”, informs in note.

Ávine’s press office confirmed the arrest and said he was awaiting “clarifications from the legal body that accompanies the artist”.
