by

There were a few anxious sleepless nights, but finally this Sunday (13), Fernanda Paes Leme managed to hold yet another edition of her very traditional Fepa Bazar. The event, which has entered its eighth edition, brought together several designer pieces donated by famous friends of the presenter and which were sold at lower prices. All proceeds will be donated to charities.

In the last edition, held in 2019, the Fepa Bazar raised BRL 200,000 and Fernanda Paes Leme’s intention was to surpass this mark. “This would be our tenth edition of the bazaar. As we didn’t do anything in the last two years because of the pandemic, it became the eighth and we had to accumulate all the donations that had already been saved”, said Fernanda, who was very excited about the number of people who circulated early in the Gap Space, in the West zone of São Paulo.

She, who is also an actress, also recalled the beginning of the project. “I’ve always won a lot of things and I always donated pieces that I didn’t use or those that were standing in my wardrobe. I started donating to friends and also to the institutions my mother helped. One day, then, I decided to have a bazaar to help more At first it started very small, in the hall of my mother’s building, with only friends and acquaintances. It just grew and became the Fepa Bazaar”, said Fernanda Paes Leme.
