Singer Murilo Huff, 26, celebrates this Thursday (16) the two-year birthday of Leo, his son with Marília Mendonça (1995–2021), who died on November 5, after a plane crash. In an Instagram post, the countryman paid tribute to his son.
“Just before you came into the world, a friend told me: ‘when Leo is born, the feeling you will have will be the same as taking your own heart from your chest and holding it in your lap.’ he started.
“My heart runs this way and that, not for a second and you have the most beautiful smile in the world. Today it’s not just you who turns two years old, but so am I!”, continued the countryman, who shares guard of Léo with Ruth Moreira, mother of the Queen of Sofrência.
“For two years I’ve felt truly alive to have you on my side, my son, and even without you understanding, today I thank you for that, and I thank God for your life and your health. I promise I’ll take care of you you today and always”, he added.
In the post’s comments, fans and netizens also celebrated Leo’s birthday and wished him blessings. “Meaning of infinite love is there! Leozinho grow up beautiful and healthy, and enjoy this top daddy you have a lot”, wrote singer George Henrique.
“The best father in the world, I’m sure of that! God continues to bless, look how big Leozinho is!”, commented musician Leo Xavier. “Happy Birthday Leozeira, you have an amazing father,” said fellow singer Juan Marcus.
