With just a few days to go before the start of the trendy “Farofa da Gkay”, in Fortaleza, the influencer from Paraíba is being sued for allegedly leaving a mansion where she lived, in São Paulo, in addition to leaving a loss that exceeds R$ 400 thousand. The high amount refers to non-payment of rent, the termination of the 30-month lease without prior notice and the destruction of some furniture and artwork on the property.

Gkay is also accused of failing to pay the security deposit for the site. According to a report on the program “A Tarde É Sua”, on RedeTV!, she would not have paid the fines for the months that were still missing in the contract and for all rents paid late. The owners of the mansion, a foreigner and a Brazilian architect, did not like the overexposure that the house received with the tenant.

The influencer and actress took advantage of the residence for commercial purposes and even toured the house for Ana Hickmann and Eliana on television and internet programs. Even though the place was fully furnished, the comedian also seems not to have liked the decoration and even carried out unauthorized renovations with partner brands and placed expensive works of art in a warehouse on the property.

Still according to the report Gessica Kayane has not yet been subpoenaed because the process has just been opened, but will soon receive the action. The owners are seeking total compensation of more than R$500,000. Of this amount, R$218,000 in charges that she allegedly failed to pay; R$138 thousand of improper destination; R$183 thousand for non-compliance with contractual clauses and R$75 thousand for damage to movable property; R$107,000 for lease guarantee and R$20,000 for pain and suffering.

Gkay’s advisory spoke on the matter and denied all accusations.
