Fernanda Passos, widow of singer Erasmo Carlos, returned to Instagram to make a new outburst. She related the commotion of Brazilians with the World Cup and the games in Brazil with the death of the artist, who died at the age of 81, on November 22.

“Brazil stops on the day of the game, but it didn’t stop for you. For me, life has seemed like a big Sunday waiting for you to arrive from a trip looking for my hug, taking a deep breath and saying: I’m going to take a shower straight to lie down with you”, he wrote, as a caption for a photo in which she is lying down with the artist.

Passos also said that he misses the singer and commented on the relationship that existed between the two. “Love, you said a lot that you only felt safe with me, in my presence. When I couldn’t do anything, you just asked me to stay close.”

“I can’t forgive myself, but it’s not the longing I’m feeling, it’s the pain you may have felt… just thinking about you lost at some point my heart contracts and gets stuck”, she completes. The publication has already reached more than 4,000 likes.

The artist was admitted to a hospital in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro and died as a result of panniculitis complicated by sepsis of cutaneous origin, an inflammation of the skin. On October 17, the singer had been admitted to the Barra D’Or hospital, in Barra da Tijuca (RJ) and had the performances he would do in the United States cancelled.
