John Travolta and other celebrities pay tribute to Kirstie Alley

John Travolta was one of the first to honor actress Kirstie Alley, who died on Monday (5) at the age of 71.

“Kirstie was one of the most special relationships I’ve ever had. I love you Kirstie. I know we’ll see each other again,” he said on social media.

The two acted as a romantic couple in the series of films “Olha Quem Está Falando”. The actress had said in interviews that the actor was the great love of her life and that they almost ended up together.

Kirstie, also an actress in the films “Three Men and a Baby” and “Prisoner of Silence”, in addition to the series “Cheers”, had cancer. Death was confirmed by children on social media.

Actress Jamie Lee Curtis paid tribute by remembering the comic character of Kirstie in the series “Scream Queens”, in which the two acted. She said her friend was a “beautiful mama bear” in real life.

“She helped me buy overalls for my family that year for Christmas. We agreed to disagree on some things, but we had respect and connection.”

Actress and singer, Kristin Chenoweth posted a series of photos of Kristie and wrote that she doesn’t believe in the match. “I’ll see you again someday,” she stated.

Another farewell was that of actor Clancy Brown, co-star of the actress in the films “Shooting to kill” and “Radiant City”.

“Kirstie was beautiful in so many ways. I loved working with her. There was no one like her on earth. My condolences to her family.”

“Sister, Sister” actress Jackée Harry said Kirstie was an undeniable talent who brought joy to many with her warm and hilarious spirit.
