Sharon Osbourne hospitalized after feeling sick on film about ghosts


TV presenter Sharon Osbourne, 70, wife of famed British rocker Ozzy Osbourne, was rushed to a California hospital after falling ill on the set of a new TV show about ghosts on Friday, according to Page Six. . The health status of the presenter was not disclosed.

She fell ill while recording at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula. A spokesperson for the Ventura County Fire Department told TMZ that she received the medical call but did not elaborate. Sought by the report, the representative of the Osbourne did not return informing what happened to Sharon.

It’s still unclear what caused Sharon to get sick, as she hasn’t spoken out recently about any health issues. In May, she revealed that she tested positive for Covid-19 and posted a photo of her receiving medical attention.

The presenter has already faced serious health problems throughout her life. In the 2000s she had bowel cancer and earlier this year she revealed to Times magazine that she suffered from eating disorders. She currently cares for her husband who has undergone spinal surgery and has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

Sharon became famous on the reality show “The Osbournes”, which showed the family’s daily life. After that, she was a judge on shows like the British X Factor and America’s Got Talent.
