Brandon Thomas, 26, and Dylan Jagger, 25, said that despite the story marking their childhood, if their mother had made a deal, the family could have escaped debt. “I wish she had made more money,” Brandon said. “She would have made millions of dollars if she had just signed a contract. Instead, she was left with nothing and watched her career unravel. She was in debt for most of her life.”
“People made millions of dollars and she said ‘no’ because she cared 100% for her family and us,” Dylan added.

“When I was a kid, I always thought that everyone knew things about me and my family that they really weren’t supposed to, and everyone had this dirty little secret about my family. I remember at school, if someone mentioned my mom, I would just fight. I would get red with anger very quickly,” said the eldest son.
