Check out the queen of pop’s post
The digital art image that has gone viral on social media and captures in the most vivid way, the pain, loss and tragedy caused by the deadly earthquake in Turkey, is a creation of Major General E.A. of the Fire Brigade Panagiotis Kotridis, former Regional Commander of the Fire Service of the Prefecture of Aegean.
The image moved thousands of people, with one of them appearing to be the queen of pop, Madonna, who shared it on her personal Instagram account, which has over 19 million followers.
The famous singer accompanied her post with the following caption: “Everyone talks about love on Valentine’s Day. Let’s send all our love and healing energy to Turkey and Syria, who have suffered great destruction and loss due to this massive earthquake. 33,181 people have lost their lives. So many have lost their homes, their jobs, not to mention their loved ones. Entire cities have been “erased”. It’s heartbreaking.”
