In November, Diesel invited Johnson via Instagram to reprise his role as undercover agent Lucas Hobbs in the next film in the series.
“People are waiting for the finale of ‘Fast 10,'” Diesel wrote. “You know my kids call you Uncle Dwayne at home. In an interview with CNN, Johnson responded to Diesel by “breaking out” about the way he handled the proposal, as the two had reached a personal agreement.
