Prince Albert II of Monaco has been in Cyprus for the last twenty-four hours, following the invitation of John Christodoulou.

The trip of the prince and the rest of the distinguished guests of the Cypriot businessman took place ahead of the award ceremony of the “Love Cyprus” contest, which is organized by the Yianis Christodoulou Foundation and will take place at Monte Caputo in Limassol today, April 3.

As it became known on the afternoon of Sunday, April 2, Prince Albert was in Lefkara, where he had the opportunity to tour the area and enjoy lunch at a well-known tavern in the village.

After his tour of Lefkara, Prince Albert attended a dinner held in his honor in Limassol, in the presence of the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulidis, and there, he had the opportunity to try a traditional 50-year-old commando.

During the dinner, President Christodoulidis awarded Prince Albert II an award for his overall contribution to the protection of the environment, while according to a report by Kostas Karnakis and Alpha Cyprus, among the guests were Marianna Latsis, Konstantinos Argyros as well as and Christian Moore, director and son of noted actor Roger Moore.

Although the snapshots released on social networks from the dinner that took place yesterday in Limassol are limited, we learned that the entertainment of the evening was taken over by Konstantinos Argyros, who was even photographed with PtD and the prince, while when the mood lifted, the prince he danced to traditional songs, clearly in high spirits.
