Injunction falls that prohibited Titi Müller from talking about her ex-husband and his family

The Justice of São Paulo revoked the injunction that prohibited Titi Müller from talking about her ex-husband, Tomás Bertoni, and about her family. The information was confirmed by the presenter herself in a publication on social networks, on the night of Thursday (20).

“Get away from me that shut up yes! The injunction of my gag fell! I was afraid to speak, to be me. I lost work, sleep, gained legal knowledge and now the recognition that I am walking on the right path. I can finally speak freely on any subject. Yes. Any”, she stressed.

“Thank you to everyone who echoed my silence, and that this sensible decision serves as a door for many women who live similar situations, to be able to leave. Thank you”, reinforced Titi.

According to information confirmed by the press office of the communicator, the decision of the judge Fernando José Cúnico rejected the 14 requests for execution of the fine and determined the immediate revocation of the injunction, stating that the statements of the presenter pointed out by the ex-husband’s defense “do not contain expressions or offensive messages to the author’s image” in the case of “mere narrative and opinion on the facts of her life, motherhood, marriage and divorce”.

The magistrate also pointed out that Titi is a social media professional, whose public manifestations did not go beyond the limits of freedom of expression and artistic freedom, fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution and international law.

Tomás Bertoni files more than ten lawsuits against his ex-wife, mother of his only son, Benjamin, aged 2 years and 11 months. Since February, the presenter is under protective measure of the Maria da Penha Law. The ex-husband cannot approach her or make contact in any way under penalty of imprisonment.
