The man who released images of the bodies of Marília Mendonça and Gabriel Diniz on social networks was denounced by the Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories (MPDFT). The complaint was filed by the Special Nucleus to Combat Cyber Crimes (Ncyber) on April 26.
According to the MP, the dissemination of the images had a huge proportion for having generated the morbid curiosity of several users. However, it was discovered that in addition to the vilification, that is, the crime of humiliation and disrespect committed against corpses, the accused will also answer for some others.
Among them the dissemination of Nazism, racism and xenophobia. He is accused of having induced and incited discrimination and racial and ethnic prejudice against northeasterners, calling them “scum” and placing them as a problem in Brazil.
The accused also used a false identity document and attacked the safety and functioning of school activities by publishing publications on the internet extolling new attacks on April 20, 2023.
Added, the penalties for him can vary between 10 and 31 years in prison. The MPDFT also asked for the removal of the profile and links for the dissemination of images and videos.
