Pedro Cardoso says he was expelled from the Brazilian Consulate in Lisbon

by

The actor Pedro Cardoso said that he would have been expelled from the Consulate of Brazil, in Lisbon, Portugal, this Thursday (11). In three videos published on his profile on social networks, he said that he faced difficulties on the spot when trying to renew the passport of his wife, Graziella, and one of his daughters.

“I won’t be attended to because they only serve the person if the person makes an appointment. However, I’ve been trying for three weeks to schedule the renewal of my family’s passport and I can’t”, said Cardoso, at the beginning of the video.

To try to resolve the situation, the eternal Agostinho from “A Grande Família” says he went to the Consulate and asked the security guard to speak with someone to help him. By insisting on attendance, he would have been received by the vice-consul. “He introduced himself as vice-consul, and I explained my problem. (…) He invited me in, took me to the room where they were waiting and started asking people in the room if they were feeling disrespected in there, creating a kind of interrogation”, narrated Cardoso.

Then the actor would have been expelled. “He asked me to leave, put their hands on me. He said he wasn’t going to put his hands on me, but that the police would. Without any aggression, they leaned on my shoulder and asked me to leave,” he added.

In other videos, Cardoso informs that he would have been instructed to file a complaint at the Brazilian Embassy. He even reads the e-mail he wrote to the representatives.

The Consulate of Brazil in Lisbon and Itamaraty were counted by F5but did not respond to the request until the publication of this report.
