Susana Vieira caused it during her participation in the Meeting with Patrícia Poeta (Globo), this Monday (29). The actress, who is on air as Cândida in “Terra e Paixão”, recalled moments in her career and interrupted a round of applause she received from the audience to interact with Manoel Soares.
“I’m going to ask you a question. Manoel, do you have any questions for me?”, he said. The presenter then asked a question from a person in the audience, who wanted to know if Susana had already fallen in love on stage and confused her work with her personal life.
Without revealing names, the actress confirmed and said that she was very afraid of her colleague’s character. At another point, the artist spoke about the relationship that emerged behind the scenes of the production “A Sucessora” (1978), with Rubens Falco — despite the love that emerged on the scene, the two only got together after the end of the plot.
“He gave me the first kiss on the mouth in the character and the kiss made me physically approach him. I think I confused the character with the person, but it was the first time. During the soap opera, we felt horny, but it didn’t happen. We got married, went to Europe and stayed together for two years.”
At the age of 80, she also stated that she will sue anyone who calls her old and said that she is offended when they use the word to describe her, which has already happened on social networks.
“I refuse to be labeled an old woman. I find it prejudiced to call myself an old woman. I want to say that I will sue anyone who calls me an old woman! I am very offended. In Brazil, it is a sin, you cannot grow old. The biggest insult I ever received was calling me an old woman, ‘you’re still on the air, you old woman'”, she commented.
