The woman claims she decided to speak out now because the man who allegedly raped her “has become a global superstar, even a role model for an entire generation,” according to her.
The act described by a 30-year-old woman in the “Daily Mail” – if true – amounts to rape and concerns the “toxic” influencer, Andrew Tate. The sex she details with Tate in her bed had long since ceased to be consensual because, as she points out: “It can’t be consensual if you’re unconscious, can it?».
“His arm was around my neck. It hurt. I was aware of the pressure. I couldn’t breathe. I was gasping for air. I knew what was going on. It was suffocating me. There was a struggle. I was trying to take his hand off my neck, I was pushing back, but he’s quite big“, she describes herself in the “Daily Mail”.
The woman reports that everything happened quite quickly and that when she regained consciousness she was disoriented and confused. He did not immediately understand, as he claims, what was happening.
“When I came to, I was not aware of where I was. It was dark. Then I realized he was still having sex with me,” she reveals. And it continues: “He was an angry person. I didn’t want to upset him. I thought “he can do whatever he wants here».
This young woman – who is withholding her name for obvious reasons – is the fourth British woman who makes serious allegations of sexual violence against Andrew Tate.
US-born Tate, who grew up in Luton, Bedfordshire, was arrested last year in Romania, accused of human trafficking and rape. Prosecutors allege that while building his global “empire”, Tate and his brother Tristan held women against their will in a compound in Bucharest, forcing them to work in adult entertainment chat rooms.
Last month, however, lawyers representing three British women announced they were bringing a separate civil action for damages against Tate, alleging wrongdoing that took place between 2013 and 2016, while Tate was living in the UK and shortly before appearing on a popular reality TV show.
Recall that the “toxic” influencer was removed from the show when a video came to light in which he appears to be hitting a woman with a belt. The matter was investigated, but no charges were filed, as both parties said the incident was consensual.
Law firm McCue Jury & Partners said the aim of the lawsuit was to seek “justice, accountability and compensation for Tate’s victims”, as well as to press for a UK criminal investigation.
Last week the 30-year-old woman joined the others, claiming that in 2014 she was the victim of Tate’s misogyny and desire to dominate women. In this interview, given in the presence of her lawyer, as the “Daily Mail” writes, she says that she had never met the other women, but was struck by the fact that their stories have many features in common. “His patterns of behavior were the same. It was the mention of his strangulation that made me think I should speak up. I knew I had to say something about what had happened to me“, she points out.

Why did it come forward now, a decade later? According to the 30-year-old, because now she is older and wiser. “And I understand better what consent means“, says. She is also horrified that the man she claims raped and strangled has become a global superstar, even a role model for an entire generation.
“My friend is a teacher,” she reveals. “He told me that at school they had an exercise where the kids had to say who their hero was, and a lot of the boys said it was him. This is quite scary“, she adds.
