Concern over Heather Locklear’s condition is intenseknown to all of us from the series “Dynasty”, as the actress was seen acting strangely in a public appearance in Malibu, California.

The actress, who has battled mental health and addiction issues, can be seen trying to balance on the windowsill of an office building in a pair of flip-flops in a video published by the Daily Mail.

Friends of the actress speculate that Locklear may have started drinking again, as she has previously checked into rehabs. According to the Daily Mail, a man believed to be her fiance, former motocross athlete Chris Heisser, dropped the actress off near a building for a date that lasted about an hour.

When she exited the building, the actress left Heisser waiting in his car and she was seen heading to the building’s windowsill and running across the street. Locklear sat at the top of a staircase for a while, where she read from a journal and started talking to herself while looking agitated.

The video shows the actress looking bewildered as she sits at the top of the stairs, reading from her personal diary. At one point she can be seen looking angry about something written in the diary and gesticulating animatedly before putting it back in her bag. Finally, after some time, the actress walked over to Heisser, who was waiting patiently in the car and seemed happy to give her the space she wanted for herself. The couple left together.
