Kevin Costner seeks to force his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartnerto leave their multi-million dollar mansion in Santa Barbara, California in less than two weeks.

The “Yellowstone” star said he “respectfully requests” the former handbag designer “to vacate their residence by July 13, 2023,” according to new court documents filed June 30, according to “People.”

The 68-year-old actor has been pressuring his ex-wife to leave their home for weeks, citing a prenuptial agreement they both signed in 2004 that stated she would leave their marital home within 30 days if they ever separated .

The movie star was also required to give her a property worth $1.2 million, according to their prenuptial agreement. In addition, he also reportedly offered to give his ex a $10,000 down payment for her moving expenses, as well as $30,000 a month for a rental home “as part of his alimony obligations.”

But even though it’s been more than two months since Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce, she hasn’t voluntarily left the luxury home.

In early June, Costner claimed his ex was refusing to move in and was trying to get him to agree to “various financial demands” before he did.

Christine Baumgartner then argued in her response that the “Bodyguard” star had “no legal basis” to kick her out, despite their prenuptial agreement.

Her lawyer then put forward their three children, stating that in this house “the children have lived their whole lives”, so it would be unfair for them to be forced to leave.

Last week, Christine Baumgartner finally appeared to be taking steps toward walking away from the $145 million property, but she said she would only do so on one condition: that her ex-husband provide her with a comfortable life and not will remain untouched.

Baumgartner is seeking $248,000 a month in child support, in addition to an undisclosed amount of spousal support previously agreed upon in their prenuptial agreement.

However, Costner does not agree to the amount his ex is asking for, claiming that he cannot afford the amount she wants amid his changing professional situation. He also accuses his estranged wife of asking for the money to fund her own personal expenses.
