Interpreter of Detective Elliot Stabler, from the series “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”, Christopher Meloni became a poster boy for an American brand of men’s socks and surprised fans by starring in a campaign, to say the least, daring. In the video, which circulates on the networks, the actor shows off his routine at home using only the accessory.
The video starts with Meloni, 62, lying in bed under the sheets. “Hey. Come closer. I want to show the magic underneath these covers. “I’m going to reveal the awesomeness… of my socks”, jokes the actor at the beginning of the commercial.
The advertisement continues with Meloni naked, showing some models of colored socks. While cooking, for example, he beats the eggs and puts his feet on the counter to show the colorful models of the socks. The intentionally blurred edit hides the actor’s private parts. “I never take these beauties out,” he says. “It’s better than being naked. Why? Because nude only comes in one color.”
