The objective was to capture aerial images of his new property in Mangaratiba, on the Costa Verde in Rio de Janeiro. In the caption, the player made a play on words with his name and a famous amusement park: “DisNEYlândia”.
The mansion is located in the AeroRural Condominium, and has an artificial lake of 1,000 m², for which Neymar was fined more than R$ 16 million due to the deforestation of the green area and the diversion of the river, as determined by the Secretary of Environment of the municipality.
From the top, it is possible to get an idea of ​​the land’s extension, with more than 10,000 m². Neymar commissioned a complete leisure area from the architects, including even a go-kart track. However, the project does not stop there. In addition to a soccer field, the property has a beach soccer court, a tennis court and three swimming pools.
The striker for the Brazilian national team and Paris Saint-Germain also demanded the construction of a helipad, a marina for three boats and an area for amenities, such as a living room, kitchen and suites, to host friends and people less close to the family. This new space can be considered an annex to the mansion in the Portobello condominium, which has 5,000 square meters and six suites. In addition, there is a gourmet space, an underground heated cellar, a SPA, a steam room and even a massage room.
