Adriana Bombom participated in the second (2009) and ninth edition (2017) of A Fazenda. Even though she didn’t get very far on Record’s reality show (she was eliminated in the second and third weeks, respectively), the presenter considers the experience to be worth it.
This explains why she supported the decision of her first-born Lily Nobre, 21, to accept the invitation to produce the program, despite thinking that the singer is surrounded by “snakes”. “When the names of the likely pawns came up, I got scared,” she tells the F5. She says she raised her two daughters [Olívia, a Lily, e Thalita] to withstand the hardships of life, and for that reason, they are confident.
“Despite being the youngest in the group [21 anos], she will know how to impose herself. I asked for this. There are only snakes there, but my daughter is well trained”, says Bombom, acknowledging that her daughter underwent training with artistic mentors, coaches and psychologists to enter A Fazenda 15, which premiered this Tuesday (19). .
Bombom believes that, with all this preparation, it will be difficult to get Lily out of it, but she doesn’t hide her concern about having her name involved in some discussion to affect her daughter. “The only thing they can talk about is that fake news about forgetting the girls at the barbecue. She doesn’t care anymore, it’s just a boring topic.”
Xuxa’s former stage assistant, Bombou became one of the best-known memes on the internet after being accused of forgetting the girls at a party in 2010. At the time, Bombom had gone to a barbecue with Lily and Thalita, when she decided to return in home to get a coat. She would not have returned until the next day. “That story consumed me for years because it was a blatant lie. Is it to make fun? Yes. But, it’s not nice to be reminded all the time.”
The presenter does not believe that her daughter will be interested in anyone in the house. She describes Lily as a focused person who is there for the prize. “She really wants people to know her talent as a singer like her father [Dudu Nobre], despite different genres such as samba and trap. But, the prize of R$1.5 million is the main focus for her to have financial security, right?”, he comments.
