American rock star Bruce Springsteen announced today that he is postponing all of his concerts this year until 2024 in order to undergo treatment for a stomach ulcer.

The “Boss”, who just turned 74, had already canceled the September concerts.

According to his announcement on the X platform (formerly Twitter), he will continue his treatment in the coming months. For this reason, his scheduled appearances are postponed until next year.

“Thank you to all my friends and fans for their well wishes, words of encouragement and support. I’m doing better and I look forward to seeing you all next year,” he added.

The new concert dates will be announced soon.

Those who already bought a ticket for Springsteen’s shows this year will be able to use it next year or get a refund within 30 days.

The singer has been touring with his musicians, the “E Street Band”, since the beginning of the year. However, he postponed the August and September concerts due to the ulcer he is suffering from.

Springsteen is particularly popular in the US and Europe and in his multi-year career has sold more than 150 million records. The album “Born in the USA” alone sold 30 million.
