Frasier it entered our lives for the first time thirty years ago and together with Friends it is considered the best sitcom of the 90s. In Greece, it was shown on TV for a while – mostly in the morning (!) hours – and like many other legendary sitcoms, it never got the recognition it deserved. All this on Greek television, because he excelled abroad. It ran for 11 seasons from 1993 to 2004 and won 37 Emmys, with star Kelsey Grammer making history as the radio (and rather snobbish) psychiatrist Dr Frasier Crane.

The story is simple: Dr. Frasier Crane breaks up with his ex-wife, Lilith, leaves Boston, and returns to where he grew up, Seattle, to take over a radio show and make a fresh start. But very soon he is forced to host (permanently) his capricious and completely different father, Martin, along with his assistant, Daphne, and his dog, Eddie – who has a strange obsession with him. Daily visitors in his life are also his psychiatrist and even more snobbish brother, Niles, but also his radio producer and girlfriend, Roz.
