‘The Walking Dead’ spinoff will premiere on February 2024 with their protagonists Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes and Danai Gurira as Michonne Grimes as announced at New York Comic Con, while a teaser was presented giving a first taste of the new episodes.

In the “The Ones Who Live” as is the title of the new series, which was officially announced in 2022, Pollyanna Mackintosh is also returning to the main cast, while Terry O’Quinn as Beale, Matt Jeffries as Nat and Leslie Ann Brandt as Pearl are added.

As “Deadline” reports, the six-episode series is an epic love story between two people who are changed by a world that is completely different.

“I tried to escape. Please know that I tried. I tried, but failed,” Rick says at the beginning of the teaser with the two protagonists fighting separately and looking exhausted.

According to the official synopsis “Rick and Michonne enter a world at war with the dead and eventually the living. Can they find each other and themselves in a situation they have never experienced before? Are they enemies, lovers, victims or victors?
