Speaking to “GQ” magazine, Salameh said that at the time when all this became known he wondered: “What are the chances of us developing this thing?,” reflecting that it was a period when Hammer’s private life and the film he was about to make became identical. “It made me think, “Now do I really have to do this?”. When asked how he took what was written about Hammer he said:I do not know. These things end up being used so heavily as bait. Disorientation is a good word».
