Luciano Estevan, 28, first eliminated from the 22nd edition of Big Brother Brasil (Globo), celebrated on his Instagram having received the negative diagnosis for Covid-19, after a period of isolation in a hotel in Rio de Janeiro, for contracting the disease.
The dancer published a sequence of Stories this Thursday (3) and celebrated: “I just took a test and I’m released. It was negative. I was very relieved and happy. I was scared, I’ll admit it. I’m released to the big world, always protected with a mask and gel alcohol. I’m fine, I don’t have Covid anymore”.
A few hours before taking the test, the former BBB had already commented that he was on the last night of the period of social isolation at the hotel. “This is the last night at the hotel. I’m finally going to be able to see the street, get my feet wet on the beach, see other people besides my girlfriend and security. I just want to see people,” he said.
Luciano was eliminated on January 25, with 49.31% of the votes. The information that he had contracted the Covid virus was released this Friday, the 28th, by presenter Ana Clara, 24, who would interview the former BBB in the Fora da Casa segment of the BBB, broadcast on Gshow.
“Unfortunately Luciano tested positive for Covid, we have all the safety standards here at Globo so he cannot be present in the studio here with us today. Luciano, a kiss and good recovery to you”, said Ana Clara.
Because Luciano had contact with the participants a short time ago, the F5 sought out the broadcaster to understand what the procedures will be taken from now on. According to Globo, “the participants are doing well and are being constantly monitored by a medical team that is available 24 hours a day”.
The broadcaster also says that from the beginning it has been in the habit of acting with great transparency when there is any issue related to the coronavirus. “About Luciano: he is isolated, being accompanied by a medical team and is doing well. The presenters who had contact with Luciano were tested and are doing well”, says the note.
Luciano Estevan disputed the first wall of the edition with Naiara Azevedo, 32, and Natália Deodato, 22. He ended up being the most voted, ahead of Natália (34.89%) and Naiara (15.8%). Model, actor and dancer, the Santa Catarina native entered as Pipoca – a group of anonymous people – in the program, and from his first appearance in the vignette until the confinement, he talked about the dream of being “rich and famous”.
The speech ended up not going very well inside and outside the house. So much so that after being eliminated, the former participant had to explain himself several times about his position, which according to him, is sincere and honest, since everyone enters the reality show to become known, with the exception of Camarote.
