But there are ways to immediately improve your posture either with specific exercises or other simple ways!

Most of us have a laid back attitude when it comes to painting a picture about ourselves. So make sure you have the right posture when sitting at the computer. You can adjust the computer screen so that it is exactly in front of your eyes so that you do not bend over.

Simple exercises to instantly improve your posture

Chest areas
Stand with your feet at the pelvis opening and join your arms behind your body. With your arms outstretched, stretch back and forth using your shoulders. Stay in this position for a while and then relax.

Planks or plank

The plank is a miraculous exercise for the whole body and really helps in the best posture of the body. Lie face down with your shoulders and elbows in a straight line. Lift your torso, keeping your legs straight, so that your body is in a straight line. To achieve this you need to properly activate your abdomen and buttocks.

Hold this position for 30 seconds and then relax. Repeat about 10 times.

Bridge

Lie on your back on an exercise mat, with your legs shoulder-width apart, your knees bent, and your arms outstretched at your feet. Pressing your feet, lift your waist from the mattress to your knees. Stay in this position for a few seconds and then slowly bring your body to the starting position. Repeat 8-10 times.

Good posture is essential mainly for your health and then for your image. And because the rhythms of our lives are so fast and difficult, it takes a way and a little effort to get it back to normal.
