Small but mighty, Pluto is the planet of power and ultimate transformation. It was discovered in 1930 and was – aptly – named after the god of the Underworld. Pluto moves into Aquarius on January 20th. The last time the planet Pluto moved into the sign of Aquarius was 1778-1798 – two decades that saw the French, American and Industrial Revolutions, as well as the Age of Enlightenment.

Pluto’s course towards the future will be interesting to watch, as the “New York Post” writes in its article. There is a utopian tendency in the Aquarian archetype, but since Aquarius is a fixed sign, the definition of progress is decisive.

Jupiter

Since Aquarius “rules” electricity and technology, we may see developments in renewable energy (a Pluto theme) and more of us wondering how technology can benefit everyone and not just line the pockets of a few!

With Pluto at the helm and Aquarius at the helm, there is a fatal energy… a new world order ‘Fight Club’ in this transit. It is revolution without nuances and progress at any cost.

When it comes to Pluto, the planet “tests” the mettle of its… “children” to push out whatever is holding them back. Rarely kind but always necessary is the name of the game here, and we can’t see what will become until we burn what has been.
