Nizo Neto left Globo in 2018 after 40 years at the broadcaster. Since then, he has been trying to work in other areas such as dubbing and presenting programs on social media. The son of Chico Anysio (1931-2012) even moved to São Paulo in search of professional stability, but has found it difficult to find opportunities as a master of ceremonies, debate mediator and event presenter. Nizo then decided to ask his followers for help.
“I came here to Sampa [São Paulo] looking for something that could bring more stability to me”, began the actor in his outburst. He also commented that he had sent several emails and direct messages to important people in the sector and was unable to get a response.
“I don’t know if this is a very closed market, but what I do know is that things are not going well. And, hey, I’m good at that, huh? Modesty aside, I’m a good professional, I’m a punctual guy, calm about work”, noted Nizo.
According to the actor, he has been trying to “pierce the bubble” of the corporate world for five years. “If you work or if you know someone who works in a company and is about to hold an event, who works in marketing or a company that organizes events, forward this video, send an email, send a direct message, send a smoke whatever”, he asked.
To conclude, he warned that he does not intend to give up on opportunities in this new area. “I must be going down the wrong path, it just might be. I’m not going to give up. In fact, this (the video) is not an outburst. It’s really a cry for help.”
