“And that’s fair and I don’t blame them for saying that, because I don’t post my experience with “Lola” every step of the way. But, really, I’ve been working on this film for six years. It’s a time-consuming process”she explained.

When asked how she feels about her directorial debut now out in the open, Nicola Peltz revealed that she wrote the script when she was 23 years old.

She revealed that the story was “born” through writing exercises she did with her acting coach, Nancy Banks.

“I’ve always wanted to direct, but I never in a million years thought I’d do it in something I wrote and acted in. Family is everything to me and I mean that with all my heart. I’m so close to my family and Brooklyn’s family and I think there’s no better feeling than knowing you have a strong support system. It’s a great blessing and I never take it for granted.”she added.
