Nights are admittedly “rough” with the twins, but Swank also knows there will come a time when she looks back on those moments.

“The nights are hard, but I know this too shall pass. I often tell myself that there will come a time when I will miss all of this as the children grow up.”

The actress is already looking forward to the next challenge: When the twins will be more mobile. “Well, they’re just crawling, so it’s not like we’re out of control or anything,” he says with a smile.

During an appearance on “Today,” the actress revealed the special meaning behind her babies’ names.

“Aya was a Syrian refugee we met in Lebanon. So she was this courageous, brave young girl, full of life, going through a really tough time. My husband and I were like, she’s so beautiful, what a great name,” she said.

As for her son, Ohm, Swank noted, “He’s considered the first universal sound and it unites all people, and that sounds very fitting.”
