Brooke Shields she may be celebrating her 59th birthday at the end of the month, but she proved she still knows how to pose and be sexy. The actress revealed in an interview with “The Zoe Report” that she just turned in her new book manuscript, while Beginning is Now, her wellness and lifestyle brand focused on women over 40, will officially launch this summer.

The “Pretty Baby” star – who TIME called the face of the 1980s – is famous for her bushy eyebrows, which she admits are “freaking out”.

“I’m struggling now with gray eyebrows. I’m like, “Why?! When did that happen?”. So this is my next project. Look, I’ll look like Groucho Marx the next time you see me.”, the actress said with humor. Brooke Shields urges young women to never change their eyebrows because of a trend.

The New York-born actress and her husband of 23 years, film producer Chris Henchyare the proud parents of two very different daughters – 21-year-old student Rowan and 18-year-old model Grier.

“One of them, Grier, is obsessed with beauty and the other doesn’t take time for herself,” Brooke explained. And he continued: “However, I think it’s just that they really try to remain themselves as much as possible. They all somehow look the same, and their individuality to me, is what I’ve always stressed them to keep and honor.”

It’s true that Brooke Shields has walked many red carpets, but her favorite dress was a red strapless one by Australian designer Richard Tyler that she wore to the Golden Globe Awards in 1998.

“I got booed the next day by the agency, because they said I looked too much like a movie star and not an actor,” the actress recalls. “The next year, everyone wore a red dress on the red carpet, and after about 30-something years, my oldest daughter wore it to her prom,” added the actress.

The famous actress, who “marked” the 1970s and 80s (magazines, TV commercials, films), had an incredible natural beauty. Bright deep blue eyes, delicate features and a wonderful smile.
