The first time a Greek luxury residence is auctioned live in Europe
For the first time in the history of real estate auctions Sotheby’sthe famous house proceeds to auction in London of a luxurious Greek residence in Mykonos.
THE villa Silk Shadow, built in Agios Lazaros Mykonos, is scheduled to be auctioned next month through Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions in association with Greece Sotheby’s International Realty.
This is the first time a Greek luxury residence has been auctioned live in Europe.
With starting price between 2.5 and 3.5 million eurosthe property will be auctioned as part of Sotheby’s “The Luxury Sales” series, a series that covers properties from Hong Kong, London, Paris and New York, among others.
THE submission of tenders for the eight-bedroom luxury residence will launch online through the company’s marketplace, from May 22 and will culminate live on May 30 from Sotheby’s London.
