Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of rape once again. According to documents obtained by TMZ, a former model alleges that she was forced to perform oral sex on the musician in a bathroom after being drugged by him. The incident would have occurred in 2003. The singer has not commented yet.
According to the report, both met at an event in New York and met again a few days later at the rapper’s studio. Crystal McKinney, who was 22 at the time, attended the second meeting lured by promises of advancement in her career.
Upon arriving at the scene, the then model would have received marijuana, but according to what she reported to the court, other substances were probably mixed with the herb, making her dizzy. It was then that Diddy allegedly ordered her to accompany him to the bathroom and there forced the woman to perform oral sex.
The process states that the former model complained about the kisses received without permission and denied the act, but the rapper allegedly “placed her head in his crotch before demanding that she perform oral sex.”
Minutes later, she would have lost consciousness. McKinney said in the lawsuit that she only woke up in a taxi, at which point she realized she had been sexually assaulted.
As a result, McKinney claims she was kicked out of the fashion industry, became depressed and tried to kill herself the following year.
AGGRESSION ON EX-GIRLFRIEND AND OTHER CASES
Last week, surveillance video was released that showed Sean “Diddy” Combs physically attacking his then-girlfriend Cassandra Ventura, the singer known as Cassie. Last Sunday (19), the rapper spoke out in a video posted on social media.
“It’s really hard to reflect on the darkest moments in your life, but sometimes you have to. I was screwed. I hit rock bottom. But that doesn’t justify anything,” Diddy says in the video, with teary eyes, confirming the veracity of this aggression.
The 2016 footage, obtained and published by CNN, shows the rapper hitting, dragging and kicking Cassie, who in her recent lawsuit said Combs subjected her to more than a decade of coercion through physical force and drugs, as well as rape. which would have occurred in 2018.
Combs is the target of several civil lawsuits in which he is accused of being a violent sexual predator who used alcohol and drugs to subdue his victims. Therefore, in March, the North American police executed search and seizure warrants at two houses belonging to the rapper as part of the investigation into sexual crimes.
Sean Combs was accused of gang raping another 17-year-old girl in 2003. Jane Doe, who made the complaint, says she was with the rapper on a private jet during a flight from Michigan to New York, in which he was allegedly raped by three people, including Combs and Harve Pierre, president of record label Bad Boy Entertainment.
In February of this year, another similar accusation came to light, made by a man, producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, his former employee. In the lawsuit, he says that Combs interacted sexually without his consent and that the rapper forced him to hire sex workers and have relationships with them. He is asking for US$30 million in compensation, according to Variety magazine, which says it had access to the process.
In the action, according to the vehicle, Jones stated that the rapper used and distributed cocaine and other illicit drugs, displayed illegal firearms and gave alcoholic drinks to minors. The rapper, however, denies all the accusations.
