Former porn actress Mia Khalifa, 29, caused controversy by sharing on Friday (26) on Twitter an illustration with instructions on how to make a Molotov cocktail amid the war between Russia and Ukraine, which started on Thursday ( 24).
Khalifa shared the recipe for the Molotov cocktail after the Ukrainian Defense Ministry encouraged the population on social media to make homemade bombs to fight the Russian army.
“In Obolon… We ask citizens to inform us of the movements! Make Molotov cocktails, neutralize the invaders! Peaceful residents, beware! Do not leave your home!” wrote the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
Netizens commented on the publication made by the former porn actress on the social network. “I understand the reason behind this, but please delete it, it’s not necessary for all of Twitter to know how to make a molotov,” wrote one Twitter user.
One Ukrainian thanked Khalifa for his support and wrote that he did not expect her to speak about resistance so directly. “It’s important to know that people around the world understand how we feel here. In Ukraine, we say icon about such brave women.”
