Back on the market for nearly $5 million – The Lord of the Rings star bought it for nearly $2.8 million
Ten years after the famous actor sold the luxury ranch-style home Orlando Bloom for nearly $5 million, the Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles property is back on the market.
Completely renovated, but still retaining the dark exterior paint that reportedly disturbed the neighbors at the time, it’s back on the market for $4,995,000 million.
The property passed into the ownership of its star “Lord of the Rings” and his ex-wife, Miranda Kerr in 2007 after buying it for nearly $2.8 million.
Two years later the couple was the victim of a burglary by the gang that became known as “The Bling Ring” and ended up selling it in 2014 before it was finally auctioned off in 2022 to former Hulu executive, Jeff Martinfor $3.1 million.
The four bedroom house in the neighborhood Outpost Estates it was built in the 40s and completely renovated when it passed into Martin’s hands.
