Her concerts in Munich were highly lucrative, with Adele getting £5 million per show!
Adele ended her concerts in Munich last weekend by telling her fans: “I won’t see you for a long time.” The star added: “I just need rest. I’ve spent the last seven years building a new life for myself and I want to live it now.”. And the singer seems to be keeping her word.
She reportedly turned down a potential $200 million payday—the biggest of her career— to extend her tour. The most lucrative part of the deal was a nine-figure sum to appear for a long period of time in a casino in China, as reported by the “Daily Mail”.
It would be similar to her concerts in Las Vegas. These started in November 2022 and will end on November 23 this year, by which time the singer will have played 100 concerts – she’s rumored to be earning £500,000 per gig! The singer was also offered a tour of stages in Europe, Asia and South America.
A source said: “There were many offers but she turned them all down because she wants to be at home with her child. The deal with China put millions of dollars on the table, but in the end he didn’t want to do it. She has put her child and her partner – and herself – above all else.”
For much of the past year the 36-year-old superstar has been flying back and forth from her massive new home in Beverly Hills by private jet, returning to spend the week with sports agent Rich Paul – now her fiance – and her son, who will be 12 years old next month. The ten Munich concerts she has just completed have been hugely lucrative, with Adele earning £5m per show.
