With a series of concerts by the great conductor Stavros Xarhakos in emblematic monuments and archaeological sites in Greece, the “Journey to Light” continues, the METLEN Energy & Metals after the event for the lighting of the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio.

Next stop, on October 12 in Aeginaat the Holy Temple of Afaia, where Stavros Xarchakos, accompanied by the distinguished artists Yiannis Kotsiras and Iro Saia, will present a program that combines the favorite melodies of the Greek musical tradition, offering the audience a unique musical experience. The string and wind orchestra will add an extra dimension to this magical evening, which is expected to captivate the audience.

This concert – like all the ones that will follow both in 2024 and 2025 – aims to bridge the ancient with the modern and bring the public closer to the eternal Greek tradition. It belongs to context of cultural activities of METLEN Energy & Metals, which once again proves its commitment to the promotion and protection of the Greek cultural heritage.

Through a series of mystifying concerts with the support of METLEN Energy & Metals, Stavros Xarchakos will travel the Greek and international audience to places of light, landmarks of ancient Greece, which are still the poles of our cultural heritage.
