Actress Carolina Dieckmann, 43, spoke for the first time about the breast implant surgery (removal) of silicone and what led her to make that decision, in a statement written by her for the portal Mina Bem-Estar, this Wednesday. fair (9).

She says that she was invited to play a surfer in the soap opera “Alto Astral” (Globo), in 2008, and felt that she needed to get silicone to look good in the role. After losing the 30 pounds she gained in pregnancy, Dieckmann says she got her breasts swelled from breastfeeding.
“Today, I know that I lacked a meaning or, at least, an understanding of it. But, in that 2008, filled with absences, and a desire to be like before, I put silicone”, admits the actress.
Dieckmann says he really liked the result of the silicone implant with small prostheses and that it was barely noticeable. “And besides, it was beautiful, what harm can there be in that?”, asks the actress.
Despite this, she reveals that the more mature she got, the more she didn’t recognize her body and decided to have the explant. “That’s because, although I was satisfied with the external result, it had nothing to do with who I was internally. It didn’t represent me.”
She claims that her decision has to do with maturation and the report on the website is to say that she has not regretted it, but if she went back in time, she would not do plastic surgery again.
The actress also questions the extent to which external aesthetic pressures dictate these decisions to have plastic surgery and whether people don’t do it out of acceptance.
