Father of Gisele Bündchen’s third child, Joaquim Valente is not just a jiu-jitsu teacher. The top’s partner is also a shooting instructor.
The 35-year-old Rio native owns a shooting club in Immokalee, Florida, with his family. On social media, he poses with pistols and rifles, teaches how to reload ammunition and shoot at long or short distances.
In one of the videos, Joaquim shows his followers the difference between a real glock and one used for training, with fake ammunition. The instructor also likes to adorn his posts with hashtags like #gun #gunlife #gunsofinstagram #firearm and #pewpew —that is, gun, gun life, instagram guns, firearm and an onomatopoeia for shooting.
Joaquim has already instructed Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), according to a post by the deputy himself on social media. In 2020, Eduardo attended the recording of a series in the USA, in which Joaquim acted as an instructor for scenes involving weapons.
“Joaquim, from Valente Brothers, provided instruction in a deactivated prison inside a shooting club, where we stayed overnight and also shot with night vision, live ammunition and non-lethal simunition. An experience that should be routine for security operators at the Brazil. There is still a way to go and battles to fight, but we will rescue this healthy shooting culture in Brazil”, wrote Eduardo Bolsonaro.
Valente Brothers is the martial arts academy that Joaquim runs with his brothers, Pedro and Guilherme Valente. In the publication, Gisele’s boyfriend poses alongside Eduardo Bolsonaro and two other men, all armed. “You will always be welcome”, replied the Valente Brothers profile in the deputy’s publication.
Gisele, 44, and Joaquim, 35, publicly announced their relationship in April 2024. They claim they met at the jiu-jitsu academy. The supermodel separated in 2022 from the father of her children, Tom Brady, with whom she was married for 13 years.
