Caio Blat cries when talking about separation: ‘Hole close to death’

Guest on the program Santa Ignorância (GNT), actor Caio Blat, 44, cried when talking about the topic of separation, something that is happening to him at the moment. The actor ended his marriage with actress Luisa Arraes, 31, with whom he stayed for seven years.

“[Separação] It’s a very big hole. Very close to death. It’s a feeling that there will be no going back. I’ve had a panic attack, I’ve had a psychotic break. With the end of the marriage, I thought my life was over,” he said.

At a certain point during the conversation, the actor got emotional when he recalled the time he recorded a film in the middle of a troubled personal moment.

“I made a love film in the middle of a breakup and I was lying in the corner, on the floor, crying. There were two or three days when I couldn’t get out of bed. I caused a problem for the production,” he said.

According to him, that situation affected him so much that he needed psychiatric support. “I was completely exposed, to the surface.”

This month, Luisa ended her relationship with Caio Blat after seven years, with whom she lived in an open relationship. Recently, she was seen in an intimate moment with José Loreto. At the closing party for the filming of “No Rancho Fundo” (Globo), the two shared a kiss.

This year, the actress was seen on a few occasions with singer Chico Chico, son of Cássia Eller (1962-2001). In September, they had lunch together in Rio, and in February, they were photographed kissing during a show, at Circo Voador, also in Rio.

At the time of the kiss, the actress was still married to Blat. The actor said he thought his then-wife’s meeting was great and that it would be in monogamy that possession and jealousy existed.
