Cardi B, Elon Musk, Stephen King and Sophia Bush share Trump’s victory in the US

by

Donald Trump’s return to the White House, after four years, divided celebrities and well-known names in the country. With the tight count still ongoing, singer Cardi B and Lili Reinhart were disappointed with the Republican’s return to the country’s Presidency.

“I hate you all,” the singer wrote. The actress addressed accusations of sexual assault against him and said she was empathetic towards such women.

“I cannot understand the feeling of the women who came forward to see millions of people voting for their attacker. My heart breaks.”

Writer Stephen King, master of horror, made an analogy when comparing a fragile object and American democracy. “There’s a sign in many stores that says ‘beautiful to look at, delightful to hold, but if you break it, you’ll have to take it.’ The same can be said about democracy.”

Technology billionaire Elon Musk said the future will be fantastic. “America is a nation of builders. Soon, you will be free to build.”

Actress Sophia Bush joked and said that it was a great job of the elections to give power to the Make America Great Again gang, Trump’s campaign slogan, and said she was heartbroken.

“I wonder how many people are seeing this saying ‘but at least he’s not a black woman!’ in the privacy of their homes tonight.”

In the early hours of the morning, as the count progressed, actor John Cusack said that the country choosing to destroy itself by voting “for a convicted criminal, rapist and Nazi is a sign of profound nihilism.”
