Women’s National Team: Fly to Germany

The same applies to the next match we will play on Sunday (10/11) against Italy. In the first home match, we were a little behind in the defensive area. They are a strong opponent, they have very strong players and they are an organized team. As in the game against Germany, so also in this one against the Italian women, if we are concentrated and all together, the defense we want will come out. For now though, our minds and attentions are on Thursday’s game».

The Greek player also referred to her presence in the Women’s National Team one year after the two matches that took place in November 2023, in the first “window” of the competition’s qualifiers. “For me, it’s like not a single day has passed“, he characteristically says and adds. “I know Mrricia, the team, I am always a member of it and I belong to it!».
