John Lennon’s sonsSean and Julian, recently spent some time together in a home that holds special sentimental value for their family: the apartment once owned by their father, the legendary Beatles star.
Julian, the eldest son of the singer and Cynthia Lennon, who was born in Liverpool, shared a series of black and white snaps of the rare meeting with his half-brother.

John Lennon and Yoko Ono moved into the famous apartment building on the Upper West Side in 1973. It is a huge apartment complex, which, in addition to the main house, included a guest house, a warehouse and a studio for Ono. Before his tragic death just outside the building, John Lennon had been photographed with his two sons during Christmas 1977. While Julian never lived in the building, Sean grew up there and even became close friends with his neighbor, the legendary Roberta Flack, according to People.
