He spoke about his sexuality and his marriage, among other things, in an interview he gave to the Cypriot MEP and TikToker/YouTuber, Phidias Panagiotou. Andreas Georgiou.

The director and actor also referred to the incident that happened a few years ago, when a YouTuber mentioned in his video that he is gay, with Phidias Panagiotou openly asking him about his sexuality.

“It doesn’t matter that I got married if I’m gay or not. The fact that it’s a label in the first place bothers me”he initially said, then read on-air an excerpt from the message he sent to the YouTuber.

“Whether c@… or not is none of your business. And it doesn’t concern anyone. I found it very strange that someone would make a video and talk about such personal issues for a person they don’t know and talk as if they know me. It was like he slept with me and he knows… So I texted him and he actually “downloaded” it.he said.

In fact, Phidias Panagiotou asked him if it was true! And Andreas Georgiou answered with humor: “Do you want to try doing something between us? It will get many views”.

When Phidias Panagiotou asked him if he has been with men, the actor replied: “I will answer you diplomatically. Because I don’t want to tell you either yes or no. And the reason is so that it does not appear that I am saying something either to provoke or to influence. I will tell you, though, that I think there are no rules in our bed. We might both fall in love and live it up. There’s no rule that says it’s forbidden.”

And he continued: “There’s just the social side that says men only go with women and women only go with men. Around us, however, we see that there are also gay couples. Women marry women and men marry men, they start a family. So, it’s something that’s around us.”he added.
