São João da Thay: Celebrities gather to warm up Thaynara OG’s party

A team of celebrities attended the warm-up for the traditional São João da Thay, a party organized by influencer Thaynara OG. The event took place on Tuesday night (15) at the Unique hotel, in São Paulo.

The celebration will take place after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic and should take place in Maranhão, where Thaynara was born. Names like Bianca Andrade and Fred, Carla Diaz, Dada Coelho, Gretchen, Laura Brito, Camila Queiroz, Faustão’s son and his girlfriend and former BBB Larissa and Rodrigo Mussi were in the heat.

The party will take place over two days in June. At the event, Thaynara said that the party will come back with everything. “Lots of parties, lots of good attractions, let’s make an even bigger event. For the classic trip to Lençóis Maranhenses, our guests are very anxious. everyone has the best experience,” she told Quem.

According to her, everything will have protocols and supervision so that nothing bad happens. “I believe that the world will never go back to what it was before, but we will try to be as careful as possible to return responsibly.”

In 2021, still in the middle of the pandemic, Thaynara decided to make a change in her São João da Thay, which she has been doing for three years. Instead of a party with celebrities and influencers, she bet on a three-episode special about June traditions.

“São João da Thay is a project that already has three editions, it is a project that is my life”, said the influencer. “For two years we have been living, unfortunately, with this reality in which the project cannot happen in person.”

“But it’s an old dream to be able to show São João do Nordeste, to show people who don’t know how important this season is and how much people from the northeast are missing”, he continued. “So, it’s an old project to present São João do Nordeste to Brazil and that this year will be made possible with three episodes in the capitals of São João do Nordeste”, he said.
